Forever.... and a day

This is my take on the current challenge at 7 Dots Studio.
The July Challenge is about using your favourite quote.

So I decided to really step out of my comfort zone, and make a page about me and my husband (which I've never done before....). I remembered we took a Valentine-selfie in February, just as a joke, and chose to use that photo.
Our favourite quote is "Forever... and a day", and it is engraved in my wedding ring.

The papers are from the collection Homegrown, and I decided to go a bit "mixed-media light". Just gesso and some stamping.

I layered papers and tags under the photo. And also used several dies from various brands, like Memory Box, La-La-Land, Xcut and Joy! Crafts.

Some splatters with black ink, and some enamel dots.

The stamps are also from the Homegrown Collection.

The main title is Thickers, and the rest is stickers from Teresa Collins.

It was a fun page to make, as always when I use products from 7 Dots Studio. And also kind of fun to make a page about something else than my girls.
